01 / What we do
We create the strategy, stories, and connections that bring people closer to your work. Our experience spans social impact, entertainment, hospitality, and the creator economy.
We clarify your position and build the message around it—from brand narratives and stakeholder communications to launch plans and campaigns.
We develop angles, write press materials, pitch journalists, and prepare spokespeople so the right story reaches the right audience.
We shape the story before, during, and after the event, with press outreach, media coordination, on-site support, and talent management.
We help leaders articulate what they stand for and where they’re going through thought leadership, profiles, interviews, and speaking opportunities.
We translate big ideas into clear content plans, editorial storytelling, digital copy, and coordinated campaigns across channels.
We position talent, identify brand fit, build partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and guide campaigns from brief to delivery.
From community investment announcements and cultural events to founder stories and brand partnerships, we make the message as intentional as the moment.

02 / About us
Regan Farley and Deja Cromartie bring experience across entertainment, media, and social impact to communications that connect with people and shape culture.
Regan is a public relations strategist who has built her career challenging the industry’s traditional playbook. She has worked with Fox Broadcasting Company, NBCUniversal, Def Jam Records, CBS Television, and PS Media Talent. Her experience also includes coordinating talent for major red carpet moments, including the NAACP Image Awards and BET Hip-Hop Awards.
An alumna of Lincoln University, Regan sees education, ambition, and a clear sense of purpose as essential to building a lasting career. She believes everyone has a different path to success and must be willing to run their own race. As she puts it: “The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.”
